At Moda HomeGoods, we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery policy before placing your order, especially when purchasing pre-order or special-order items.
IN-STOCK & WAREHOUSE ITEMS
Items that are currently available in-store or at our local warehouse are typically processed and delivered within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you using the phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address provided at checkout.
PRE-ORDER & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked Pre-Order or Special Order are not currently available for immediate delivery and are ordered specifically from our suppliers.
Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for pre-order items to arrive, depending on the supplier, product availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance, and other logistics.
The estimated timeframe provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
We understand that waiting for your new pieces can be exciting, so our team will keep you informed throughout the process. Where applicable, customers will receive updates regarding:
- Order confirmation
- Supplier processing
- Shipment or transit status
- Arrival in Jamaica
- Customs/warehouse processing
- Final delivery or pickup arrangements
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly.
ORDERS WITH IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the items may be delivered separately.
You may choose to receive the available items first, where applicable, or wait until your complete order is available. Additional delivery charges may apply to split deliveries.
