RETURNS & EXCHANGES Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that the item: Is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition Has not been installed, washed, altered, or damaged Is returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and components Is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Moda HomeGoods. CHANGE OF MIND If you change your mind after receiving an eligible item, you may request an exchange or store credit within 5 days. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Moda HomeGoods unless the item was incorrect or confirmed defective upon delivery. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless confirmed to be defective or incorrect: Clearance and final-sale merchandise Special-order or custom-order merchandise Assembled or installed furniture Mattresses and pillows once opened Opened bedding, sheets, comforters, duvets, towels, and other personal-use textile products Items that have been used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery Gift cards Floor models or "as-is" merchandise where the condition was disclosed before purchase Items purchased during a promotion or sale may have additional restrictions stated at the time of purchase. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS Please carefully review your order before purchasing a pre-order or special-order item. A pre-order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the supplier order has not already been processed or confirmed. Once Moda HomeGoods has submitted, confirmed, purchased, or otherwise committed to the order with the supplier, the pre-order cannot be cancelled for a full refund solely because the customer changes their mind. Where a cancellation is approved after supplier processing has begun, any supplier cancellation charges, transaction fees, freight costs, or other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from the amount refunded or credited. CANCELLATION OF IN-STOCK ORDERS Orders for in-stock merchandise may be cancelled before the order has been prepared, dispatched, or scheduled for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched or delivery has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled as an unfulfilled order. If the merchandise qualifies for return, the standard return policy will apply. Delivery charges already incurred are non-refundable. DEPOSITS & SPECIAL ORDERS Deposits made toward custom, special-order, or supplier-ordered merchandise may become non-refundable once Moda HomeGoods has committed funds to the supplier or begun processing the order. Before paying a deposit, customers should confirm the product, dimensions, colour, quantity, estimated delivery timeframe, and other specifications. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage, missing pieces, or incorrect merchandise should be reported to Moda HomeGoods within 24 hours of receiving the order, preferably with clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Where Moda HomeGoods confirms that an item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the item. Damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper installation, incorrect assembly, accidents, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or customer handling is not considered a delivery defect. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements before purchasing furniture or oversized merchandise. An item being too large or too small for the customer's room, doorway, staircase, elevator, hallway, or intended space does not automatically qualify the item as defective. Please measure your space carefully before ordering. REFUNDS Where a monetary refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or financial institution. Original shipping, delivery, assembly, installation, and other service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed or the expense has been incurred. STORE CREDIT Where store credit is issued, it may be used toward a future Moda HomeGoods purchase according to the terms provided at the time the credit is issued. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law. DELIVERY DELAYS & PRE-ORDERS Estimated pre-order arrival times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Supplier delays, international freight, customs processing, port delays, weather, and other circumstances may affect estimated arrival dates. A delay within a reasonable period does not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once a special-order or pre-order item has been purchased from the supplier. If an order experiences a substantial delay, Moda HomeGoods will review the circumstances with the customer and advise on the available options.
